This industry leading National organisation is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to assist them from being a motor and dives focused company to a provider of total industrial electrical solutions. This will include LV & HV drives, soft starters, motor control and switchgear, transformers, generators, MCCs and HC cubicles. Reporting directly to the State Manager, in this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing an existing profitable and vibrant client base whilst identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout the African market, yes that's right, the African market selling all of this organisation's products and services. So that you yourself are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes: - A demonstrated electrical/industrial/mechanical sales history
- An appreciation or basic understanding of LV & HV drives, soft starters, electric motors and automation
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and calculations
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
- A willingness and desire to continue learning.
