Working closely with the client, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service and the property asset management service is developed, implemented, achieved and maintained. Additionally, area's of responsibility will include; - Developing effective asset plans, budgets and financial reports,
- Managing & Developing a team of Property Professionals,
- Risk Management,
- Management of all Essential and Non-Essential Services, and
- Ensuring that all building systems operate effectively.
To secure this opportunity you will be tertiary qualified in a property related discipline, have an intimate knowledge of retail & commercial property management, have demonstrable leadership skills and have a high level of commercial/social media acumen.
