As one of the global leaders in the Real Estate and Property Management sectors, this employer of choice are now seeking to employ an experienced operations/general manager to join their Perth team. With areas of responsibility including; financial, OHS&E, asset performance, ESD, social media and operations, this role will be secured by one of the nations most professional leaders.

 

Working closely with the client, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service and the property asset management service is developed, implemented, achieved and maintained. Additionally, area's of responsibility will include;

  • Developing effective asset plans, budgets and financial reports,
  • Managing & Developing a team of Property Professionals,
  • Risk Management,
  • Management of all Essential and Non-Essential Services, and
  • Ensuring that all building systems operate effectively.

To secure this opportunity you will be tertiary qualified in a property related discipline, have an intimate knowledge of retail & commercial property management, have demonstrable leadership skills and have a high level of commercial/social media acumen.
