Barclay Recruitment are currently representing an industry leading organization which delivers highly targeted, dynamic engineering services and solutions to clients on a global scale. They are now seeking an experienced Cost Planner who will provide significant input and responsibility for the implementation of engineering changes and subsequent analysis, review and impact of these changes on project cost estimates, forecasting and budgets.

You will have:

• Significant experience in cost planning, estimating, forecasting in either a heavy industry or heavy manufacturing environment
• A solid engineering background and ability to interpret, review and analyse technical drawings
• Highly developed communication skills including presentations to senior management
• Great attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to identify and propose alternative courses of action
