Your Opportunity:

One of Australia's leading providers of engineered concrete solutions for the civil construction industries is looking for a talented Production Manager with experience in concrete product manufacture to take on this fast paced role.

Key to your success will be your ability to liaise and work directly with the operations team in order to achieve production results safely, on time and to a high standard of quality.

Your Job:
Your key responsibilities will include:

Safety management & safety systems compliance
Operational KPI conformance and implementation of operational improvements
Production reporting, compliance & analysis of system requirements
Manage production costs in line with standards
Ensure QC & QA compliance to systems and specifications
Managing inventories, procurement and HR/IR issues

Your background:
To be successful in this role, you will have;

proven precaste concrete manufacturing Industry experience
Relevant management & supervisory experience
Strong reporting and problem solving skills
Excellent communication & organisational skills
