Administration Assistant required for a temporary assignment at a coal mining operation in the Bowen Basin.
Applicants MUST hold the following:
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Generic/ SGS Induction
- An understanding of administrative practices including the maintenance of records, managing travel, coordinating meetings and raising requisitions within the system
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Self starter with good communication and time management skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in general Clerical duties and hold a strong customer focus
- Ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines
This position will be offered on a 3 month contract with a view to extension for the right person.
